Domestic Shipping (Australia Post)

Standard Shipping

  • QLD, SA, NSW, ACT & VIC Metro: Friday 19 December

  • QLD, SA, NSW, ACT & VIC Rural: Thursday 18 December

  • WA, NT & TAS Metro: Friday 12 December

  • WA, NT & TAS Rural: Thursday 11 December

Express Shipping

  • All Metro Areas: Sunday 21 December

  • All Rural Areas: Friday 19 December

New Zealand & International Shipping

To receive your order by 24 December 2025, please place your order by:

  • Standard Delivery: Before 8 December 2025

  • Express Delivery: Before 15 December 2025

We strongly recommend choosing Express Delivery, as unexpected delays may occur during the busy holiday season.

General Shipping Policy

We use the Australia Post Network to ensure that all purchases are delivered promptly to your destination.

Shipping within Australia

Standard Shipping - $9.95 or FREE for orders over $100 AUD. 4-8 Business Days*.

Express Shipping - $14.95. 2-4 Business Days.

Christmas period - Please allow an extra 1-2 days for your order to be dispatched, and an extra week in case of high order volume through the Australia Post network. Please feel free to reach out in regards to any shipping inquiries you may have.

Sale Periods

Please note that during sale periods, dispatch times may vary due to a higher volume of orders. Please allow an extra 1-2 business days for your order to be dispatched.

International Shipping

International orders are shipped via Australia Post International Economy, with shipping costs calculated automatically at checkout based on your order's weight, size and destination.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an Australia Post tracking number via email. Please note that SMS tracking updates are not currently available for international deliveries.

Estimated delivery time is 2 to 4 weeks, although customs clearance and local postal services may result in longer delivery times.

Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees

Depending on your destination country, import duties, taxes and customs fees may apply to your order.

Where applicable, these charges may be collected at checkout or charged by your local customs authority when your parcel arrives. This varies by country and local import regulations.

Any duties, taxes or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Paper Republic has no control over these charges and cannot estimate what they may be. If you're unsure whether your country applies import duties or taxes, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing your order.

If an order is refused because customs duties, taxes or other import charges have not been paid, any return shipping costs or associated fees may be deducted from your refund.

Click & Collect

We offer free click & collect from our Camberwell or Royal Arcade store. Once we have picked up your order, you will receive a notification that your purchase is ready for pickup.

Dispatch

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible; typically the next business day. You will be provided via email with an Australia Post tracking number upon shipment of your order.

Changes made to the delivery address after placing an order may incur additional charges, which we reserve the right to request to add to your original delivery charge.

Packaging

Depending on the nature of your purchase, your order may arrive in a satchel, box, or canister.

Additionally, here at Paper Republic, we are actively trying to decrease our single-use plastics and general waste as much as possible. Therefore when packaging orders we use a combination of recycled packaging materials and Australia Post packaging to ensure your items are safe and secure.

When receiving deliveries from our suppliers, we acquire lots of packaging materials ranging from boxes to packaging filler and more. In an effort to reduce our waste, we reuse a significant portion of the packaging items we receive. As a result, you can be assured that any bubble wrap, plastic air packs, and any non-Australia Post branded packing materials have been recycled, in line with our environmental policies.
