Refund policy

 

You can shop online with confidence at Paper Republic. Simply return your online item within 14 days from date of purchase for a full refund (excluding shipping). Your item must be unused and in perfect condition, and it must be in the original packaging, including tags, labels, etc. 

We only replace online items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at: contact@paperrepublic.com.au and send your item to the address listed below.

**This return policy applies exclusively to online orders. For in-store purchases, a credit note or exchange will be provided upon return with a valid purchase receipt.
